AgentTX preview terms

These terms apply to the AgentTX public sandbox and authenticated preview. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with systems, Agents, credentials, and data you are authorized to control.

Preview scope

The default service is a sandbox for authorization, policy, budget, and audit workflows. It does not custody funds, provide financial advice, or guarantee that a third-party payment succeeds. Any future real-payment capability must be explicitly configured and is outside the public sandbox.

Your responsibilities

• Protect Agent credentials and revoke them promptly if exposed.
• Review policy and budget settings before connecting an Agent.
• Do not probe other organizations, evade rate limits, distribute malware, or use the service for illegal or abusive activity.
• Do not place secrets, sensitive personal data, or regulated data in free-text names or metadata.

Availability and changes

This is an early preview provided without a service-level agreement. Features may change, and temporary interruption or data loss remains possible. We will use reasonable care to preserve security and evidence integrity, but the service is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Liability and contact

You remain responsible for how your Agents act and for any third-party service or payment rail you connect. To the extent permitted by law, AgentTX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
